Prepayment on your Laser Magic booking

To confirm your booking, we kindly invite you to pay the requested deposit.
This allows us to reserve your time slot and ensure the best possible organization for your event.

⚡ Important Reminder:

Your booking becomes final as soon as the time slot is confirmed, whether or not a deposit is required.

If the deposit is not paid within the required timeframe, your reservation may be canceled without prior notice.

If you are unable to attend, please review our cancellation policy (see below).

Order Conditions at a Glance

Laser Magic is a service provided by KDS Vilvoorde SRL (Company Number: 0632827109).
These conditions apply exclusively to online bookings. Additional fees (such as entry fees) may apply depending on the activity.

In Case of Changes or Cancellations

• For games or simple sessions: cancellations can be made by email up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After this deadline, the full amount will be due.

• For special events (birthdays, private bookings, etc.): specific terms apply; please refer to our detailed conditions.

In Case of No-Show or Late Cancellation
Penalty fees and legal interest charges may apply, in accordance with Belgian law.
